On-line fraud prevention is in everyone's interest and provides added security for all consumers. Only credit cards issued by a Canadian Financial institution, with a billing address in Canada can be accepted on the Fujitsu Canada Website.
The shipping address should match the billing address of the cardholder. If not, please contact the credit card company and have the additional address added to your file.
Fujitsu Canada will confirm the address update with the issuing credit card company and notify you of the shipment date for your order.
When you place your order, credit card authorization takes place. Your credit card will be charged only when your product has been released for shipping.
Checking Order Status/Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an order acknowledgement via email when you place your order, and an email shipment confirmation when your order ships.
In addition, you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on My Account, which will enable you to see the current estimated ship date and track any shipped packages right to your door.
Managing Your Account
You can go to My Account to update your account information, access and print your invoices, retrieve a saved shopping cart and track the status of your order.
The most accurate estimate of when an order will ship is to put the product you want into your shopping cart and then check the estimated shipping date. This date will reflect our current estimate.
Pre-built "Recommended Configurations" that are in stock, generally require 24 to 48 hours for order processing followed by 2 business days to get from our domestic warehouse to you via carrier.
Custom-configured systems generally require 5 - 7 days to build and are shipped via Standard 2 - 3 business day shipping service. Please see the shopping cart for best estimate of product lead time..
Standard shipping charges are $35 per system (Notebook or Tablet PC). Accessory shipping charges are $5 per accessory item.
Sales Tax Information
GST (federal tax) is charged at a rate of 5% on all orders. Applicable provincial sales tax is charged only in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia, in which Fujitsu Canada has a business presence. Orders from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland are taxed at a rate of 13% HST.
Fujitsu Canada recognizes environmental protection and sustainability are important issues and participates in applicable provincial programs. A nominal surcharge is collected for applicable electronic products ordered from the Fujitsu Canada web site and shipped to certain Canadian provinces that have implemented an electronics RECYCLING FEE.
The fees and eligible electronic products may vary by province; therefore, any fees that are applicable may be added to your order. More information about Canadian recycling programs can be found at Electronics Product Stewardship Canada (EPSC) web site at http://www.epsc.ca.
Tax Exemption Process
If you are tax exempt please place your order directly through the Website or by calling 1-800-FUJITSU. After placing the order, please download and fax the new Ontario Retail Sales Tax Purchase Exemption Certificate along with your name and order number to Fujitsu Canada at (905) 286-5998. The Ontario Ministry of Finance will only accept this document for tax exemption. Upon receipt and verification of these documents we will grant you a refund of the applicable taxes via a separate credit to your credit card.

Returns Policy- For Refund or Credit
Pre-Configured Products (Recommended Configurations)
A notebook and Tablet PC is considered pre-configured or a Recommended Configuration (RC) if you select a standard configuration offered by Fujitsu Canada.
Customers may return any new pre-configured models and any accessories that are purchased directly from Fujitsu Canada On-line Store within fifteen (15) days of shipment date for a refund. Refund or credit is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee plus applicable taxes.
All Customer returns for credit require a Return Authorization (RA) number. For prompt service, you must call 1-800-FUJITSU for your RA number. An RA must be requested within fifteen (15) days of product shipment and all product must be returned to Fujitsu Canada within ten (10) days of receipt of the RA number. You may not return a product for refund or credit if a RA is not requested within fifteen (15) days from date of shipment.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments (we highly recommend you purchase insurance). Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer must use a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring the return shipment.
Returns made without an RA number will be refused. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Fujitsu Canada will inspect the product to be certain all parts and original packaging are included and no abuse, misuse or user negligence was responsible for damages which caused the return. Customer agrees to allow Fujitsu Canada to deduct from any refund or credit applicable for such returned product, any costs associated with missing parts, missing packaging, or related to any abuse, misuse of the product or user negligence of such product.
Custom Configured Products
Custom Configured products may not be returned for credit. All sales are final.
A notebook and Tablet PC is Custom Configured if you make any changes to a Recommended Configuration or pre-configured model.
Refurbished products may not be returned for credit. All sales are final.

Warranty Programs - Return for Refund or Credit
Fujitsu Premium Care Service Programs may be returned for refund or credit within fifteen (15) days of shipment date, if the notebook or Tablet PC for which such Warranty was purchased is returned within fifteen (15) days of shipment date.

All products returned to Fujitsu Canada or its Authorized Solution Provider ("ASP") for Warranty Service requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments will not be received without a RMA number, and all return instructions provided by the Fujitsu warranty and service department must be followed.
Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Fujitsu Canada will inspect the product to be certain all parts and original packaging are included and no abuse, misuse or user negligence was responsible for damages which caused the return.

A product returned for warranty service must be shipped complete (manuals and software diskettes bundled with the product need not be included for warranty service) in its original packing material or equivalent so as not to be damaged while in transit. Fujitsu Canada warranty obligations only arise upon receipt of the defective product at its designated warranty service center.
