Once you have located the base cabinet for your system, find the label that contains the model number and the serial number for your system. Depending on your model, the label can be on the top cover, bottom of unit, right side or left side of unit.

If your label contains the following: PRODUCT NAME, Model Number, System No, Part No, and Serial No,  use the "System No." as your model number and use the serial number line entry as your serial number.

If your label contains the following: Primergy "model No.", FSP, and two sets of numbers at the bottom of the label, use the Primergy "model No." as your model number (Entering it in as "Primergy-Model No.") and the 2nd set of numbers at the bottom right of the label as your serial number.
